Description

Another contest entry :D This one is Ping, =Woestijn's OC. She's having a contest where you draw her OC in an outfit of your own creation, and since it's getting ridiculously cold here I figured I'd draw her in a winter outfit :3 isn't she cute? I really hope I did everything right v.v the hair was so hard and I NEVER work with such bright colors, so I had a whole lot of trouble with deciding what should be which color o^o so I hope you like it...
